Sunflower Pharmaceutical, or Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group Limited, is a private joint-stock enterprise with Heilongjiang Sunflower Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as the core, which was restructured in April 1998 from the former state-owned Wuchang Pharmaceutical Factory, which was on the verge of bankruptcy.
